RIL2750 INSPECTION LAMP - THE BEST JUST GOT BETTER
The RIL2750
inspection lamp has long been a favourite with both professional mechanics and
workshop technicians.
Now the award winning
multi-versatile LED inspection lamp comes with improved SRCT (Shock Resistant
Circuit Technology), ideal for coping with the demanding working conditions
found in a garage or workshop.
The RIL2750 comes
with 28 high intensity LEDs and an engineered multi-positional steel mechanism
stand for hands free light wherever it is needed.
The lamp is
rechargeable and cordless for convenient use. It has a virtually unbreakable
polycarbonate lens, that is concave to minimise scratches on the surface. BMAC AND RING AUTOMOTIVE WORKING CLOSELY TOGETHER
BMAC, based in
Manchester, has an unrivalled reputation for developing efficient, low energy,
long life lighting for OEM customers in Commercial vehicle, PSV and Rail market
sectors.
Ring Automotive,
based in Leeds, is synonymous with vehicle lighting and auto-electrical products
in the automotive aftermarket.
Both companies will
be working closely together as the Ring Automotive Specialist Division.
The aim of the new
working relationship is so that both companies can share their knowledge of
products and markets to offer both customers specific applications and latest
innovations in vehicle lighting and auto-electrics.
BMAC will hope to
develop their aftermarket sales approach and increase the product range on
offer.
Martyn Brunger,
Managing Director of BMAC says “working with our sister company gives us a
complete service from OEM products through to an aftermarket programme, that all
our customers can take full advantage of.”
George Skalski,
Managing Director of Ring Automotive added "the really exciting aspect is what
we can achieve together. Both sets of customers should benefit from a greater
range of products, but also the shared engineering and manufacturing knowledge
behind the products.” FREE ENERGY FOR BATTERY MAINTENANCE
Modern vehicles are
crammed full of sophisticated electronics that constantly draw power from the
battery, even when at rest.
The constant draw
combined with long periods of inactivity can lead to a battery running flat.
Many motorists have
often been left frustrated and stranded when they come home from holiday only to
find that their car will not start due to a flat battery.
Help is at hand, with
Ring Automotive’s latest range of 12v Solar Power Battery maintainers, the
RSP150, RSP240 and RSP480.
All three battery
maintainers will help preserve a vehicle’s battery voltage using the power of
day light during storage. The RSP150 will charge at a rate of up to 86mA; the
RSP240 will charge at a rate of up to 138mA and the RSP480 will charge at a rate
of up to 275mA.
Simply plug the
maintainers into the vehicle’s 12v cigarette socket and position the solar panel
for optimum charging. With 2.5 metres of lead and a durable water casing the
solar panels can be placed either inside or outside for maximum light. The solar
panel use amorphous technology allowing the battery maintainers to even work in
overcast conditions.
The RSP150 and RSP240
solar panels come with windscreen suction cups. The RSP480 is supplied with
fixing screws. Combined with a set of crocodile clip battery connectors all
solar panels can be fitted to most vehicles quickly and simply.
The RSP150 has the
additional feature of a flashing LED indicator to let you know that the battery
is being charged. All panels can be left permanently connected without causing
the battery to discharge at night due to a built in blocking diode.
The solar power
charger is an addition to the successful Ring Powering battery charging range of
products
